About Me
I am an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Dartmouth College. My research interests lie in computer graphics, computational physics, and scientific machine learning. My main focus is to develop high-performance and high-fidelity numerical algorithms to solve computational challenges associated with various kinds of physical systems. I am always fascinated by the beauty and complexity of fluids, with my particular interests in simulating their interfacial dynamics, vortical structures, and topological evolution. On these works, I received the NSF Career Award in 2022.
Prior to moving to Hanover, I have spent three years at MIT CSAIL as a postdoc researcher working with Prof. Wojciech Matusik on computational design and fabrication. I received my Ph.D. from the Computer Science Department at Stanford University, advised by Prof. Ron Fedkiw. I studied for my B.Eng. and M.Sc. degrees at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
