Brian Ebersold I have been involved in the design and development of artificial intelligent systems for a number of years. The first system I worked on was an intelligent well log analyzer at Schlumberger. At American Airlines I have worked on or had direct involvement with a number of expert systems projects including: MOCA, an aircraft maintenance routing and planning system (see IAAI ?91). QMAX, an autonomous airline yield management system. AAdvantage fly three, an expert system to support a marketing initiative (see IAAI ?91). ALP, an aircraft load planning expert system (see IAAI ?92) ESA, an expert system for scheduling fuel purchases. Currently I?m responsible for defining the objectives of the Intelligent Agents team here at Sabre Decision Technologies, and as such I?m attempting to create a reusable product line of small in scope IA applications that enhance and facilitate the travel experience made via the Internet. Under Grad L.A. at University of Arizona 1976, Graduate Comp. Sci. at University of Florida 1984, Graduate Business @ Texas Christian University 1997.
