Fabian E. Bustamante is a PhD student in the College of Computing at the Georgia Institute of Technology working under the direction of Dr. Karsten Schwan. His research interests include parallel and distributed I/O, and agents and distributed objects, for high performance computing. Bustamante received a Certificate and Master degree, both in computer science, from the "Universidad Nacional de la Patagonia San Juan Bosco", Argentina. He is a visiting faculty reasearch assistant in the University of Maryland, College Park under the direction of Dr. Joel Saltz. He is a member of the ACM.
