Kevin Clougherty: Kevin graduated from MIT with a BS in 
Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering.  He also completed an 
MBA from Stanford University.  Previously, he created and managed 
the Mulitmedia Development Group at Lotus, and architected and 
developed MediaPower, the first pc/LAN-based video capture, edit, 
and playback system, for Digital Equipment.  While at Shiva, he 
worked with Microsoft assisting in the implementation of remote 
access found in both Windows 95 and NT.  Currently, he is the 
project lead for the User Interface team within the Intelligent 
Agents group that helped create CyberAgent(tm) at FTP Software.
