Nils Sudmann is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Computer Science at
the University of Tromso, Norway.  His research concerns how to efficiently
support roaming agents in a heterogeneous, faulty and insecure network.

As part of this work, he has been heavily involved in the development of
a series of TACOMA (operating) systems and agent applications.  The latest in
this TACOMA series is currently used in 14 different countries throughout the
world.
