Günter Karjoth is a research staff member at the IBM Zurich Research Laboratory where he is currently working on access control issues in distributed and mobile object systems. His research interest is in the modeling of distributed systems, their validation and implementation. He received his Diplom in Computer Science and his Ph.D. from the University of Stuttgart, Germany.
