Andrei Negulescu received a B.S. and M.Eng. in Electrical Engineering, from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications. After the graduation he joined France Telecom (now Global One), were he was responsible of the Network Management Center, Bucharest. He has been involved in the design of different network architecture solutions and new network services implementations. He has also participated at the development of data traffic and quality of service analysis tools. Since 1996 he has been working at Computer Science Research Institute Montreal, where he is currently involved in the specification, design and implementation of management architectures for broadband networks. His research interests are in the development of new services in telecommunications networks, feature interactions, network planning and QoS control in mobile networks, and mobile agents in broadband networks.
