I am a employed as a Computer Engineer at the National Institute of Standards and Technology in the Internetworking Technologies division. My research interests include Agents, Networks, Databases and Operating Systems. I have constructed an Agent System called "Sumatra" that incorporated mobility into Java.

I hold a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology at Madras, Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland at College Park where I am currently a candidate for the PhD degree under the guidance of Professor Joel Saltz.

I have worked professionally for 16 years in various capacities.
