BS Computer Science, University of the State of New York, Albany, 1982. Thirty years of experience in the computer industry beginning in 1967. Mr. Williams has worked on many industry products ranging from Laser Cartography machines for the CIA to Mobile Agent software products. Mr. Williams experience has been used as the architectural foundation in products from Microprocessor diagnostic equipment to Real-time Operating Systems.
